If I were guessing, older people died off or moved South to a warmer climate. Evil moved in.
My parents took a motorcycle tour through the N.E. and Nova Scotia 50 years ago and loved it. They would be disappointed now.
My husband and I took a tour out West 40 years ago. We loved it. I’m sure we would be disappointed now.
Whenever decent moves out or dies out, evil moves in.
It’s a shame. My parents said Maine is beautiful. They wanted to pull up stakes and move there.
But Maine has always been cold. That doesn’t explain how evil moved it, unless we are seeing a massive, corporate shift toward evil in this nation. I believe that’s the case.
