Pretty convincing performance. Wolverines are a bunch of very tough hombres.

Good game, both teams deserved to be there.

Lots of dropped passes, esp UW.

That said, Mich deserved the win, amazing quarterbackery.

I’ll get flamed but, should a program which had it’s head coach suspended for half the games be competing for a national championship?

Be interesting to see if the Harbaugh brothers both win titles this year.

Oh, well, I knew we were gonna get our butts beat. Nothing good ever happens to the state of Washington. Ever

Penix had a bad day. Missed - or didn’t see - open receivers in key situations several times. I hate to see a creep like Harbaugh win.

This UW Alum is sad the Huskies lost but the Wolverines were clearly the better team tonight.

We'll see them this upcoming season as Washington moves to the BIG10.

Michigan’s D was effective at swallowing the Penix and keeping the Penix from penetrating the end zone.

Great game. This is doubly sweet for me. Born and raised in Michigan but live in Washington state.

You were right, I was wrong...didn’t think I’d see a NC in my lifetime.

Vince Vaughn was in the bar where we watched the game. Turns out he’s a good guy. One of the only ones rooting for Michigan. With good humor he liked to rib the Washington fans at the next table.

Georgia would have beaten both teams.

The real National Championship game was when Michigan beat Alabama in the semi’s. Harbaugh knew that Washington was going to get steamrolled by his team. You could see it in his demeaner on the sidelines when the team took the field.

Shark face came through. Now on to the NFL.

I wonder how Georgia would have done against Michigan?

Georgia beat (then #5) FSU 63-3, in the Orange Bowl!

Georgia had only one loss in the regular season - by 3 points, against Alabama.

I think Georgia was making a statement against FSU - "We belong in the Final Four"
