The worst TurboTax was the black guy spitting coffee into the face of the white Semitic soy boy schlub marshmallow putz roommate. Twice. I said “I’m never buying TurboTax again!”, but forgot I was on auto renew. After this year, I will cancel. I will not forget. There are competitors, now.
Well, they did manage to get a black guy into that commercial as well. Very few whites in commercials anymore. The pandering is nauseating.
Tired of paying for tax prep, I just got Turbo Tax. My returns are real simple: joint return, standard deduction, SSI, IRA distributions, SC state. Did you find it accurate? I plan on comparing last year’s return to TT for a sanity check.
