I watched the whole speech and did not hear Trump directly take it to the infiltrators at the CIA. Maybe I missed it; someone enlighten me if I did. Sorry, wanted him to do it and that is why I watched the speech. Trump mostly talked about himself and his amazing cabinet/staff who we all know turned out not to be that amazing. Trump doesn't need to be hyped up and stuff like this is unserious.

Hmm, the comment about owing it to oneself to listen was the writer of the article’s comment, not mine. I haven’t had time to listen to this part. I remember a bit about his CIA speech from when he was first president. IIRC he said some rather intense things.
