There is at least one study that looked at P450 issues in COVID sufferers admitted to the hospital. I can’t remember the title of the study and can’t find it at the moment.
They were finding a link between severe sufferers who didnt respond to HCQ treatment and genetic P450 issues.
I need to try to track down that study to look at it again.
It probably ended with a statement that further research is needed. I think it theorized that HCQ wasnt as effective in those severe sufferers because the patient didnt get the full value of HCQ due to genetic defects.
Of course, what about the people who have no defect and still didn’t benefit. Most people have not had a whole genome test of their body. And even if they do access to all their variants (like I do) so much is still in the emerging category.
