A thread was recently pulled as I was typing a comment to another. It was entitled "Democrats have a new website, Democracy Docket, dedicated to election lawfare" and posted by FReeper yesthatjallen.
I can only imagine the reasons why it was pulled, but one rather ignorant comment claiming 'only the TRUTH will strengthen the truth' prompted a reply. It was then when I saw the thread pulled.
I disagree vehemently, both with the comment and pulling the thread. Had yesthatjallen NOT made the post, I would have been unaware of the left's new activities pursuant to their 2024 agenda.
I implore admins and JimRob to consider the importance of counterintelligence, perhaps even a new category for tracking the efforts of the left to gaslight the population.
If COVID taught us nothing else, it is that freedom to share information - from BOTH trusted sources AND to monitor the enemy - is our greatest strength.

Weird. There have been numerous posts over the years detailing what the Left is up to that were never pulled. Many of those even had a few posts in support of some aspects of what the Left was up to, e.g. the brave conservatives who opposed the Iraq War from the beginning
Agreed. There was no reason attached to its pulling.
Hence my post (which I’m fully expecting to get pulled itself).
I took a look at the post and website. I thought just another blog pimp. I saw no reason to propagate a website that has a bleak future at best,,,Remember we have DU for fun...Reddit is the place to see how the real left thinks and it can be found in many places—even those not related to politics.
This site is owned by the Robertson’s and they and their group of volunteer moderators can pull any thread that they want to at any time for any reason.

Maybe you ought reread my post/comment without your blinders.
To gauge how the left is doing, take the 45 goals of communism and check off each one that the left accomplished. Then apply Cloward-Piven as a metric. Wherever you see a gap, that’s what the left will do next. Heck, they practically telegraph what the hey are going to do.
My screen did NOT outline “by request,” only “Sorry, this thread was pulled.”
If it had, I’d have NOT bothered everyone with the vanity.

I am often accused of “snark” when I tell youngsters they just need to get out and talk to some older adults in the real world occasionally.

No blinders here. I understand your concern and I have no problem with you voicing it. And I am sure that whoever deleted the thread that you were concerned about has taken it as constructive criticism. But the fact remains that this is a moderated forum and the moderators need to make these types of decisions to protect the future of the site.
We are all overwhelmed by the lies of the left every day. There is no need to promote websites that are on the other side regardless of your concern that we are not paying close enough attention to their worthless blather.

Thank you for the tip to visit ‘democracy docket.’ It is where Marc Elias hangs out and who better to listen to understand the enemy. I love Free Republic for its stellar information and links and you are a great part of it. Continuous improvement demands fixing mistakes like reposting the thread that was pulled. Speaking of logical debate, I have yet to listen to last night’s Left vs Right debate on Jan 6. Links are at the top of Revolver’s home page (revolver.news). I hope Darren Beattie verbally shreds Destiny.
