Some of the details on the best-preserved plaque have melted, but it shows a Göktürk khagan seated on a throne that represents two horses, flanked by kneeling servants.Image credit: Z. Samashev

I have a Washington Redskins buckle that is sure to be valuable as a racist, native American phobic piece one day!

One more example of you rise to a height and then your short life is over and you are gone forever.
Money and power while here stepping on everyone and thinking you are ‘it’ but now you are gone.
What is it all about?

The buckle is a lost wax casting revealing high order metal casting technology

Biden has a gold buckles depicting him sitting on a throne but not the same kind of throne.
It depicts the ruler how he shits on everything.

It reminds me of Med basin ancient gorgon coin designs, but instead may have been influenced by other Asian cultures’ dragon faces.

Yup, and it could easily be that these were made specifically for their rites of burial.

It does have a look like that but I can’t figure out how the buckle went in and out of that hole.
Which btw the shape of that hole reminds me of those hellmouths they made in that same period of time. Kind of a pussycat mouth shape. I wonder if there was an influence there?
