Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir has rejected US criticism of proposals to resettle Palestinians in territories outside of Gaza, saying in a message posted on social media that Israel is “not another star on the American flag.”
Ben-Gvir, along with Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, have in recent days advocated plans for the post-war “voluntary migration” of Palestinians from the blockaded Gaza enclave.
Israeli officials have conducted secret talks with representatives from the Democratic Republic of Congo, and other African nations, over the possible resettlement of Palestinians once the war with Hamas has concluded, the Times of Israel said on Wednesday.
Smotrich said around 70% of Israel’s population support such proposals for “voluntary” migration. He told Israeli public broadcaster KAN this week that “2 million people [in Gaza] wake up every morning with a desire to destroy the State of Israel and slaughter, rape, and murder Jews.”

Sorry, I'm keeping my money, and my neighbor can keep his.
My advice, don’t associate with Biden.
Certainly not taking orders from America under it’s current mismanagement! Biden shows what not to do if you want a strong nation, where most citizens are working for the same constructive goals.
When someone gets angry enough, unfortunately.
Israel: When there is no other option.
Iran: As soon as we get one.
I guess that over a $ trillion of aid over 70 years only buys so much love when you ask the recipient to commit suicide.
Hamas does to Jews what Democrats want to do to MAGA Americans.
Israel's Government was influenced enough by Liberal Socialist Jews (to the point of Communist), that the Israeli Government accepted American Strings, while trying to protect Israel and Jews quietly out of the news.
It was done imperfectly and it took a long time for many Jews to figure out that Socialism doesn't work, and become more real world oriented, while the American position and policy never changed.
Liberal Jews still think they can negotiate peace, but now the Israeli Government speaks nicely about them and does what is necessary, while quietly telling the US No, we're done going along with you.
That's the 70 year change.
I cannot disagree.
Bibi in Israel gives orders to Zelensky in Ukraine who gives order to Jao Bai-din in the U.S. who mumbles into his ice cream while his handlers send orders to Bibi.
Wise and warranted. If only conservative states could do the same.
I find it very odd that this website you have chosen to glean information from does not believe that the nation Israel is formed from the bloodline of Abraham. Yet the same website is promoting a pro Israel stance in regards to events taking place.
Is there a seachange within this organization? I’m more interested in that than the byline. It’s very weird taking a positional stance of a government that they disregard except for how that particular government fits into their construct regarding thier understanding of biblical revelations vs global deconstruction.
There should be a deal made with a country to take in all the refugees from Gaza. Send them a lot of money. Send them somewhere like Nigeria or South Africa.
“Send them somewhere like Nigeria or South Africa.”
Birobidzhan, the irony would be sweet and the Russians can have them.
Just like the indian wars in the US.
Gazans have shown they cannot self-govern peacefully and responsibly in proximity to non-Muslims. So, they forfeit their lives, their domiciles and their territory in response to their transgression.
Just like the indian wars. Put them on a reservation overseen by the military. Make laws preventing your citizens from provoking or acting illegally towards them. Incarcerate or expel those who cannot live peaceably.
I do not look for absolute agreement on religion among all Christians, or among Christians and Jews in order to listen to a good faith discussion of the effects of Politics on Christians, Jews, Muslims, Hindus, and all other religious orders.
I cannot disagree with that statement.
