I have been a software engineer for over 30 years.
I have enough experience to be called into court as an expert witness. I have written imaging software that has been certified by the government at Fort Huachuca.
When this first came out I knew within 5 minutes that it was fake.
Since I was doing imaging software my default image viewing software was not the Photoshop viewer, it was Photoshop itself.
So when I opened the birth certificate it opened up and the image editor. I saw layers, different pixel resolutions, grayscale versus black and white, centering, and I could pick up parts of the image and move it around, revealing the security paper underneath.
I would be glad to offer my services to anybody who wants a detailed explanation of why it’s fake.
In addition the Posse created in Arizona found the source documents. That means the documents that they copied from, to create this document.
Some government stooge made a video a day or two later claiming it was OCR character recognition software that created the layers, but he was 100% full of s***.
YES 🎯💯 I saw the same stuff and I’m only a software user, not a developer like you. It was such a crude forgery it was laughable. And I think the Arpaio Posse video is still out there, where they describe how a rubber stamp was cut and used on his fake draft card.
