YES 🎯💯 I saw the same stuff and I’m only a software user, not a developer like you. It was such a crude forgery it was laughable. And I think the Arpaio Posse video is still out there, where they describe how a rubber stamp was cut and used on his fake draft card.
And all they had to do was flatten the layers and all of this would have been speculation. It would have been obvious to someone who can see it, but would be much more difficult to prove. But the layers make it a dead giveaway.
When you can move some text and see the paper underneath it, then you know it was placed there after the paper was scanned. Otherwise when you move the text how would it know what’s underneath it

But to simplify it, everything you’ve seen online or YouTube about pixels and grayscale and centering Etc are all correct. The OCR is absolutely false.
