The basic premise for being progressive is to create insurrection.

I will not disagree. However, Congress didn’t label it as such. In fact Congress people assisted the violent protests and attacks on Government during BLM, but so what?

My point is that Congress must declare and vote insurrection, to use the powers of Government against it.
