Pierce Brosnan has been in hot water plenty of times as an actor playing the secret agent James Bond
Pierce Brosnan, whose fictitious movie character James Bond has been in hot water plenty of times, is now facing heat in real life, charged with stepping out of bounds in a thermal area during a recent visit to Yellowstone National Park.
Brosnan walked in an off-limits area at Mammoth Terraces, in the northern part of Yellowstone near the Wyoming-Montana line, on Nov. 1, according to two federal citations issued Tuesday.
Brosnan, 70, is scheduled for a mandatory court appearance on Jan. 23 in the courtroom of the world’s oldest national park. The Associated Press sent a request for comment to his Instagram account Thursday, and email messages to his agent and attorney.

I think its pretty dangerous
I did that too. Glad I didn’t get caught 🤫!
LOL. With a bunch of friends, we accidentally drove (I was not driving) a limo onto the wooden walkways around Old Faithful. It gets better - the limo had Budweiser beer frogs all over it, a pistol in the glove box, and a moose skull in the back. Fortunately our driver realized his mistake and turned around and left, just as a park ranger drove by. We were in the back drinking wine from a box. Good memories.
Federal grounds? He should have burned down a Federal courthouse and received a very swift pardon.
That stuff is deadly hot and has sulphuric acid. Most people never get recovered.
Same trip, we also went to a place that had hot springs on one side and ice cold water on the other. We slipped in and experienced water that almost scalded on one side and freezing cold o the other. Probably where the caught Bond.
I can relate to that kind of story.
Idiot. Parboiling is a nasty way to die.
They dissolve in less than 24 huors.

He should have just claimed he was an illegal alien, and they would have given him a $5,000 gift card, and let him be on his way.
Actors?
He is a foreigner.
I remember a pool like that at Yellowstone. Could be the same one.
The Tourons of Yellowstone.
According to Wikipedia, he became an American citizen in 2004, while retaining his Irish citizenship. Like I said, he should have simply claimed he was in the U.S. illegally.
He should have used his invisible car thingy. Have a happy New Year Nick!
Well, at least he didn’t try for a selfie with a moose.
I’ve been to Yellowstone and they get VERY TESTY at anyone who strays off the provided paths around the thermals.
