Burgos was shot once in the head and died on the spot, police said. ... “God knows what has happened to her.” I'm certainly not God and I don't KNOW what happened, but I strongly suspect that Burgos dumped her hoodlum boyfriend and her hoodlum boyfriend didn't like it so her hoodlum boyfriend and two of his hoodlum friends killed her. Notice that she starts to drive away as soon as she recognizes who is standing next to her car.

I live in a very red state, in an extremely red county, in an extremely red little town and I NEVER go out after dark.
My dad used to say, only 2 good things happen after midnight. Either you’re in bed sleeping or on your way to bed.
