Who puts a 6 year old on a plane?
Seriously.
When I was in first grade, I flew to my grandparents place with my grandfather, and came home aloe, but I was pretty used to planes.
wasn’t that the plot of Home Alone 2?
I can’t remember how old I was, maybe 10 or 11, my parents put me on a Greyhound bus and sent me somewhere. Summer camp maybe. It was a bit of an adventure.
Sounds nefarious. Orlando? Disney? The chip trafficking hub?
Chip=child
A way different time, if you are now a seasoned citizen.
Could have hitchhiked from Orlando to Ft. Meyers.
Sounds like they owned up, apologized and did the right thing after.
In the old days it was safe... before our country started the slide into hellhole status. The stewardesses would keep an eye on the kids. (Yes, that was back before men joined the profession)
Illegals?
And back then grandpa could escort child to plane
You don’t leave a kid at tsa
Spirit won’t do this again
Parents wait til corporate or govt tells them what to do they don’t think I’m not doing that to my kid.
Doing the right thing would have been flying the kid to Ft Myers, not make grandma drive almost 200 miles.
Yes.
The quality of life in the United States is lower for most citizens.
“The quality of life in the United States is lower for most citizens.”
There are still countries where a parent can send a 5 year old to school, ON HIS OWN, anywhere in the country...and not have to worry.
Stupid damn parents. Don’t they have a clue what’s going on in this world when it comes to little kids?
We were a more civilized place then, and there was much less evil. No comparison.
