You wouldn’t want to live in a neighborhood with a light display so extravagant they bring in people with shuttle buses to see it either.
At a certain point, light displays such as this become a public nuisance.
Public nuisances can be handled without HOA commies
HOA’s are a bigger nuisance and should be banned. No ne should have a right to tell you how to run your own property.
