I think that it’s a demonstration of some kind. The helicopter used (a Hughes MD500 type) is similar to those that the 160th SOAR Night Stalkers use, but is missing some attachments and antennas. As near as I can make out, the registration number is N530TT (also not a military number), which comes back as a Hughes MD530F out of Miami.
Notice how the guy getting “arrested” goes from being handcuffed to putting his hands in front of him when he boards the helo.
There is an annual tribute for Navy SEALs held at Mar-a-Lago. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0_eJ0FSOetY (different helicopter a few years ago). This could be part of one of them.

I noticed the handcuffed / not handcuffed thing, too and it made me wonder how real this was. I considered maybe a movie. I thought it very odd that they would do this on a golf course. Why there? Why not at the guy’s home or workplace?
I still would like to hear the full story and if it’s a real arrest, I’d like to know who and what for.
