Is Ohio a death penalty state?
There is no question, at least in my mind, that this first degree murder.
Another usage of firearm to stop crime. (Too late he arrived, I know, but the point is made that they fled.)
“As the assault was taking place, a witness with a firearm stepped forward and demanded they stop. At that point, the three suspects fled”
It’s incidents like this that bring to the forefront the notion that our courts seem to have that middle-aged or older man is not justified in using a firearm against multiple assailants 30 years younger just because they’re not carrying guns. I’m 72 years old some 25-year-old says he’s going give me a major beatdown, I have to consider my life is at risk.
I cant say what im thinking.
Could all these stories be the explanation for discrimination and “racism”?
Obama’s sons.
Merry Chimpmas!
Execute the older one, 25-life for the others. No excuses, No fake calls of “fascism”, No black racist shysters like Trump or con-artists like Sharpton.
Only justice for the victim and his family.
In Texas, 17 is old enough to get the death penalty.
Why didn’t the restaurant management call the police?
And why didn’t the restaurant management recommend patrons stay put until the police arrived?
And why didn’t the vic make that decision for himself?
Sigh.
Prayers for Mr. Smith and his family.
So, it should’ve been a three on three fight, but the white guy’s friends just stood back and watched him take an ass beating like that? That’s pathetic.
Poor guy was a roommate back when I was young.
He wouldn’t back down from negros.
They are lucky the police caught them.
Yep, them again and out on the streets with rap sheets. No thanks to judges who can’t so much as give them stern talking tos. These judges have blood on their hands same as the killers.
The security guard asked them to leave. Wow, give him a raise! It took an armed citizen to make them stop and get out of the store the first time. Too bad there wasn’t a carrying citizen outside as well. Too bad the dad wasn’t armed to protect himself and family.
