When was the last time you ever heard a woman complain about outsourced jobs and competition from immigrants? For me, the answer is: NEVER.

Please post any evidence you have that these vets are unemployed because of outsourcing. Every business in my area is desperately looking for good employees, so I suspect there may be something more than “outsourcing” that’s contributing to the problem you identified.
