The Gen Z college grad who made headlines after tearfully sharing her struggles adjusting to a nine-to-five job on TikTok has recently been laid off with no emergency fund.
Brielle Asero, who lives in New Jersey, revealed that she lost her first post-grad job, a position that took her five months to secure, in a recent video that has garnered over 500,000 views.
'I got laid off from my first post-grad job - the one that took me five months to find, and for which I moved to New York City,' she said, adding that it's not her fault.
The University of South Carolina alum said she doesn't have an emergency fund because 'everything goes toward living expenses, commute, and everything else.'
The layoff comes after she broke down in tears in October, sharing her struggles to find time for a life outside of her four-hour round commute and long workdays.

The Benito’s Biden Way of Communo-Fascism.
Americans like this are the reason companies look elsewhere for employees. Coddled and spoiled.
Poster child for why men are seeking wives overseas...good luck, guys.
She’s a walking red flag.

“No generation has been betrayed by their elders as badly as the young generations of today were betrayed by their elders.”
No generation has been betrayed by their elders as badly as the young generations of today were betrayed by the Democrat party.
Fixed it for you.
Of course you do. Your country was the beneficiary of some of that outsourcing.
When was the last time you ever heard a woman complain about outsourced jobs and competition from immigrants? For me, the answer is: NEVER.
I'm sure everyone at FR who opposed the trade deals wasn't a man.
Do you think this dingbat would have been any more employable if the U.S. was the only country in the world?
What about those homeless Vets who are unemployed and killing themselves? Are they also dingbats who would be unemployable even if the jobs weren't outsourced? They got screwed by the free traitors, too.
Bingo! We have a winner! This is a spot on prediction.
She looks like cartoon version of a hooker.
She spends too much on makeup.
Sadly you didn't. Bush and Newt were among many in the GOP who supported MFN for China, and many at FR supported those trade deals.
Clinton, Gore, and Biden were among the dems who supported those deals and MFN for China, which should have been enough to tell our side something. However, too many on our side were too blinded by the promise of cheap goods to see this.
I will extrapolate this query into a pithy response. It was her parents and their woke friends who voted Democratic/Communist.
Young women so incredibly screwed up today
YouTube the Whatever or Nate Ace or Pearl podcasts
Pearl is a red pill girl
It’s mind boggling how stupid and brainwashed so many are
Men are barely better
I’m glad I missed it
They can have the east punani
It’s not worth it
In bad taste to many of us but what they do. We think it makes what can be a beautiful canvas look cheap and trashy. They think it looks great somehow. I don’t get it either. As for the hours, I worked longer than her for decades. Normal was 12 to 14 hours door to door every day. A lot of days just ran into the next one. Young girl, NYC, few or no friends, no family, yeah, pretty rough. Probably worse than starting in the oilfields of the Permian Basin thousand miles from home. She needs to go back closer to home ad chalk this one up to experience. Clean herself up and see if she can find a good man to care for her and she for him. Stay off of tictock.
Like us lol
Maybe she can find a husband and work from home.
Ring and String
As I explained in another post, Bush, Newt and many in the GOP voted for MFN for China, and many at FR supported the trade deals. Both sides did this.
