Trump was acquitted of insurrection but it seems everyone has forgotten!?

Trump had a trial (incitement of insurrection) which commenced on February 9, 2021, and concluded on February 13, 2021, with his acquittal. It aired on C-SPAN.

So a lower court is able to ignore the acquittal?

The Supremes would not necessarily have to pass on the factual issue to possibly uphold the Colorado decision and I don’t there is any way they would.
