desantis keeps trying to give his canned speach about how florida the number one state for education, because he doesn't know how to react to the heckling.

If you can't beat a good man on substance, go for demolishing him on inuendo and insults, and encouraging your peeps to do the same. Do you not realize that when you so unnecessarily insult Governor DeSantis, that you also insult his supporters like me and my family? (All, lifelong GOP voters).

To my point, Mister Trump, and through his encouraging of his peeps, has chosen to destroy a good and decent man and successful conservative governor, and in the process, to insult ME by association. And all unnecessarily so.

Why on earth should I support and vote for such an imperiously offensive candidate?

(And, I'm not alone. Each and every GOPer who Trump has chosen to insult has supporters who are, by association, insulted. Trump may well win the nom, but his overall sphere of support has shrunk, mostly because of his ranting insults.)

Do you somehow think that your off base "but hurt" insult will make me more inclined to vote for Trump? It does not, of course. It's a pity that Trump supporters do not understand that 1. Trump puts many CONSERVATIVE people off with his insults, and that 2. CONSERVATIVES (real life long conservatives, like me) don't like the notion that Trump is the only conservative. He's not, that's that.

When Trump loses the general election (landslide loss) because life-long Conservatives are just tired of cringing at insults and childish and impetuous behavior, think of your 'but hurt' comment, and give it some thought.

You’re using the leftist tactic of using some moral, high road, to guilt people who disagree with you, into conceeding and taking your position.

This tactic is what led to people stopping meantioning christmas or christianity at christmas time, and the neutral holiday season.

It has led to allowing teachters to actively teach children they can change gender in elementary school.

It’s led to guys calling themselves a gal to compete in women’s sports, etc...

This is a manipulative technique, and your willingness to use it, makes me suspect you share many of the same traits desantis has.
