This is not a done deal. I suspect that the libs in Northern Virginia will strongly oppose this, as will most of the few conservatives here, although for much different reasons. The Dims are NIMBYs, and the rest of us don’t want to spend the money to subsidize these club owners.

There may be a lot of opposition but the politicians are not going to care. They see this as a win for Virginia
