Unfortunately, breathing less isn't one of them.
That might be a problem, as a new study claims the gases in air exhaled from human lungs is fueling global warming.
Methane and nitrous oxide in the air we exhale makes up to 0.1 per cent of the UK's greenhouse gas emissions, scientists say.
And that's not even accounting for the gas we release from burps and farts, or emissions that come from our skin without us noticing.

Scientists are welcome to stop breathing and tell us how that works out for them.

Well then I suggest those who are so concerned about this just stop breathing thereby contributing to the problem.
Some “scientists” have bad breath.
The RATs will propose a legislation mandating that we hold our breath for 60 seconds every 10 minutes.
My laughter at reading this is melting glaciers.
Food; vegetables & meat, shelter (trees) & clothing (cotton) etc etc...
Nothing to do with climate change...which is another one of God's natural phenomenon....like the sun rising and setting. etc etc
We never would have won WWII with these yahoos. This generation cant find its ass with both hands and a flashlight.
Suppose these people are successful, and humans are partially or entirely eradicated. Who is to say that the animal life that flourishes in our absence won’t be putting out the same amount of greenhouse gases?

That’s not a worry, because only CO2 produced by humans can cause unnatural climate change. Except for humans from China, and from other Communist countries. Their emissions are completely benign and in harmony with nature. Because, Science. Don’t doubt it. Or else.
