Kings River citrus responded to my inquiry about Apeel with this
“Thank you for your question. Kings River Packing is proud to say that we do not use Apeel on any of our citrus varieties nor do we have it at any our packing sheds. All of our citrus are coated in organic products such as vegetable wax or lac-resin. No synthetic waxes or coatings are ever used within our packaging line.”
