“What I’m seeing here in Iowa, what I’m seeing in other places, is an overreach of state government,”>>>>>>>

Another socialist totalitarian icon who commits treason on a daily basis.

Cordona needs to be frog marched to the nearest state detention center and over reached into a felony treason charge, after being introduced to an Iowan reincarnation of Samuel Adams.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.

Ahem, sound like We the People control education

he said. “We need to improve education...

The only way for that to happen is to get FedGov completely out of the education business.
Past time to eliminate the Dept of Education, which should NEVER have been established in the first place. (Thanks, Jimmuh, you pig).

State’s rights diminish with each passing democrat administration. Seems to me there was a war fought over states rights once upon a time that the propagandists dismissed as being over slavery.

"Education Secretary Cardona rips Iowa's parental rights law as 'overreach of state government'"

Cardona is a traitor to the United States, so what he says is not surprising.

Bidens Secy of Education Cardona rips parental rights law as ‘overreach of state government.’

Cardona agreed w/ the ACLU blasting the law concerned parents wanted to protect their children:
<><>prevented teachers from raising gender identity and sexual orientation issues with K-6 students
<><>removed all books depicting sex acts from school libraries, with religious texts exempt
<><>required schools to notify parents if students ask to change their pronouns or names.

ACLU and Lambda Legal are pushing back with a lawsuit, arguing that the law imposes "ongoing irreparable harm to LGBTQ+ students."

This is why context is important. Grade 6 LGBTQ+ students have rights to their own sexaul beliefs and practices and identies.

Disestablish D Ed now. Defund it now.

States are sovereign, along with sheriffs, counties and Indian reserves. It’s way past time to exert that sovereignty over the fascist federal government.
