Massie says:
- AIPAC spent $100k on advertising in his district on Fox News and local conservative talk radio in the last few weeks.
- They're actively trying to recruit a primary challenger despite the fact that he tends to win his primaries and election easily.
- They're using church pastors to lobby him or something.
- Support for Israel is not a top 5 issue or motivating factor among the voters in his district.
- He thinks they wont beat him and they're wasting money.

“Massie says AIPAC are trying to recruit someone to take him out in Kentucky”
Good to hear, he seems to have an excuse after excuse to vote with Democrats way more than any conservative should be doing.
These are malevolent outside forces in my view. They will hopefully fail
One thing we need to be careful of is we are down to a fraction in control of the House.
People are leaving early and this could give control to RATs who have gun grabbing on their agenda.
Yeah, a lot of faux Conservatives get mad at him for defending the middle class from generational theft when we send untold amounts of money to foreign governments to enrich the globalists.
Does Massey actually do ANYTHING useful in the Congress? All he seems to do is troll and make the typical stupid losertarian arguments that have cost many Republicans elections over the years with them on the ballot.
He’s a big 2A supporter. He sits on the Rules committee generally a strong conservative
What do you want him to do ... I’m sure he does a good job for Kentuckians they send him back every 2 years
He needs to go.
What are you nuts?
AIPAC is the one that needs to go. Or at least be registered as representative of a foreign government which they are.
He did nothing to stop spending , but granstand. He also voted against a border bill.
“He did nothing to stop spending , but granstand. He also voted against a border bill.”
But he always had some twisted reason for doing so. LOL!
“What are you nuts?”
Are we not all crazy, when you think about it?
Maybe so but some of us are more crazy than others lol.
Massie and Rand Paul are the few libertarians in Congress trying to protect our Constitution and Bill of Rights, and pushing for limited government. I just can’t imagine any conservative wanting to get rid of either one of them.
Perhaps the difference is that I’m a Conservative, rather than a Libertarian. As I see it, going full Libertarian winds up with leaving a GAPING power vacuum that the Left can easily slide into, as they have no interest in supporting Libertarian values...but rather see our side not fighting them, so they DIVE IN and take control. We have to fight them AT THEIR LEVEL, and NOT run away, and if that means EXPANDING government to defeat them, then so be it.
Technically I wouldn’t be considered a Libertarian myself because I too disagree with them on a number of issues. But I can’t think offhand of any votes Massie has made that I would disagree with. Him and Rand Paul are the only 2 voices on certain issues that need to be addressed and it would be a shame to lose either of them. Beside I’ve never agreed with ANY politician 100%, not even Ronald Reagan.
I don’t expect perfect either, and I just posted something to that effect (having to do with RINOs supporting 98% of Trump’s court picks), because many here do DEMAND perfection. But when voting with the Extreme Left and then giving a reason that doesn’t make sense to me (similar to “If I support them, then maybe they’ll support me next time”), my support for him is finished!
