The oil used to make the french fries was modified to make the muslim customers happy. Apparently, it also made the fries tasteless. I haven't set foot in a McDonald's in 15 years. It won't even be possible with the new arrangement.

Yes, if I recall correctly, they used to use beef tallow to fry them in, and stopped using it to accommodate the muzzies.
