Cold pizza maybe, but cold soup? I don’t think so …
I love cold pizza!
The very first pizza I ever had as a child was cold, so that’s why!................
Both Gazpacho and Vichyssoise are great when it is hot out.
Others include Cold Corn Soup, several recipes that include yogurt, tomato basil, zucchini basil, melon soups, cucumber tomatillo, Ajo Blanco (a variety of white Gazpacho), and curried squash.
Fiery and spicy cold soup are great for cold weather as well.
