Olive Garden used to make a Gazpacho that would knock your socks off. It used celery root, seed, leaves, and stalks, to become very powerful.

Celery is actually as strong or stronger than garlic, but for some reason the human nose is insensitive to it—UP TO A POINT. Many animals cannot abide the stuff. It is also slightly allergenic, and runners are advised not to eat it as a cool down snack, as there have been cases of them collapsing with anaphylactic shock after the allergic effect kicks in.

But the old Olive Garden recipe was so strong it would leave you “celeried”. It was hard to drink even a shallow bowl of it.

My chickens won’t eat it, and they will eat just about anything leafy or green!..............
