Bush was born in Massachusetts, grew up in Connecticut and made his fortune in Texas but he also had a life-long connection to Maine. Specifically, his family's home in Kennebunkport at Walker's Point.

During his White House years, from 1989 to early 1993, he turned Walker's Point into his summer White House.

ANCIENT HISTORY.

Dead and buried.

Irrelevant to everything today.

The best thing about him is he served as a fighter pilot in WW2.

This ******* is the guy that suckered Saddam and put the ME on the path it is today. What do you expect from a monster who ran the CIA? Burn in hell.

I agree. Too bad he wasn't around for another four years as the POTUS. He would have handled the aftermath of the fall of the Soviet Union better than Bill Clinton did.

Bill Clinton was cocky. I think we missed an opportunity there to reach out to Russia.

Saddam asked for it. That's just my opinion (doesn't mean it's the correct one).

The State Dept (a CIA subsidiary) told Saddam directly that the US would not interfere in Saddam’s conflict with Kuwait. He did and then Bush started us on the path to 9-11. And eventually to where we are now

The ME should be quarantined. No good ever comes in getting involved with it.

He wasn’t too bad. His biggest mistake was to raise taxes.

Don’t kid yourself. He was CIA. He replaced Reagan appointees. That’s a start…
