Another cowardly non-answer. In fact, I can’t think of a worse response to a line of questioning that could’ve resulted in a home run answer.
DeSantis absolutely refuses to condemn DOJ’s ongoing prosecution of both Trump and J6ers. He cannot even bring himself to say January 6 and instead pulls out the well-worn “parents at school boards.”
Further, he accepts Welker’s premise about how Trump would use his power and doesn’t openly laugh in her face about the vermin-Nazi connection or immediately pivot to specific instances of Biden doing exactly what the Left now claims Trump will do.
“Retribution for himself?” Wtf does that even mean? And you can tell towards the end he has no intention of dismantling DOJ. If elected—and he won’t be—DeSantis would go the route of “we’re better than this.”
No wonder people are fleeing this sinking ship of a campaign and candidate.

Pretty soon even Florida won’t want him back. 😆
I am disappointed at your ignorance of history and/or the presidential pardon power.
As demonstrated by Gerald Ford’s pardon of Richard Nixon and Jimmy Carter’s pardon of all persons, named or unnamed or dodged the draft, the pardon power extends to crimes whether charged or uncharged at the time of the granting of the pardon and may be granted in a blanket fashion.
Therefore, all President Trump had to do, subsequent to Jan 6 but prior to Jan 20, was issue a blanket pardon to any/all persons potentially chargeable with crimes related to activities in and around the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.

😂
And I’m not surprised you think a president will issue a blanket pardon to an unknown and uncountable and unidentified group of people before they committed a crime.
“And I’m not surprised you think a president will issue a blanket pardon to an unknown and uncountable and unidentified group of people”
I see you ignored the statement about Carter.
“before they committed a crime.”
I further see you ignored the statement about issuing the pardon AFTER Jan 6.
Reading is hard.
Your formula would have pardoned antifa too - and anyone who committed any crimes of any kind, including murder and any democrat that fomented insurrection, or treason, or any capital police officer who committed crimes against citizens.
Sorry you find reading hard. Maybe phonics?
Keep making nonsensical excuses. Violent felonies such as murder could be excluded and we both know Antifa and the Cap Police weren’t be charged in any event.
Again, history has already proven you wrong.
… but you didn’t say that.
I don’t think you really support Trump or do you think he had too many votes already?
“Another cowardly non-answer (from Gov. Ron DeSantis)”
With Apologies to Mary McCarthy EVERYTHING in this story is a lie. Including And & The.
Having watched the clip Julie Kelly and Aaron Rupar And YOU are doing Donald Trump No Favors with these Lies.
