That's not a smile. It's a smirk (showing at least two different emotions).
It's that same smirk Joe has had forever. Even Hunter has it to some degree.
Some body language people would call it a sign of dishonesty.

BTW, when a photog asks you to smile for the camera, your smile is always fake. That's when the truth comes out on your face.

I have had two In one case I had no balance for a couple of days. In the other I had stroke symptoms on one side of my body for a week and had to look straight ahead while walking or I would drift off to the left for several months.

I am sure the Deep State is planning one for him. What better way to get him out of the picture for Newsom? I have always thought Harris will be the 47th President. Don’t you know she is a woman? She will be compelled to not run and the machine will select our new President after disposing of Trump. DeSantis will be the Chump (like Romney)—to lose to the New Fresh Democrat Script Reader for Obama/Soros faction.
