I read this all the way down and opened the link and read all the way down and have concluded these are magical dogs from hell because they just appear out of nowhere, do a smash n grab and die suicide by cop.

Where I live there has been a rash of loose dogs, some of whom got out of their houses or yards, some of whom were dumped. I see that reported on local social media. A lot of them are pit bulls. The animal shelters here are at capacity, and a lot of the dogs there are pit bulls. Sounds like a lot of owners are either negligent or are bailing out on their dogs.
