Next week it could be Mustangs or F-150s.
He is blaming everyone else for his bad decisions.
The car has a note undoubtably.
So the lienholder will consider this a voluntary repo.
The car will be sold at auction and those proceeds will be applied to the deficiency balance he will owe. He will be sued to recover the rest of the money owed.
( although in Washington who knows. Iirc many years ago Wa was one of the only non-deficiency states, might still be ? )
Maybe he needs to move out of his sh***y neighborhood
What a name for a car (Kia = Killed in Action).
A friend of mine just had her Kia Soul stolen by some joyriding teens in Baltimore. The cops found it still running, wrecked, and she can’t afford to have it repaired. So now she will never have another car. Isn’t that sickening? Wish the joyriders had been run over during their joy ride.
Can we deport Behrouz Alimoradi?
Kia fixed this problem over a year ago...
If he had stopped at the dealer service they would have done it for free.
That was a really biased article blaming all car thefts by implication on Kias...
Did Kia support Trump or some other “sin”?
How many cars get stolen a month and what kinds?
Something fishy here, IMO about the great KIA smear.
Maybe they are kicking Obama’s GM a$$
Well there's your real problem!
I’m heading to my dealer today to get the problem resolved. The thefts of Hyundai’s and Kia’s has dropped a lot lately, probably due to the kids being back in school.
Meanwhile, with the supply chain issues, things like car windows are almost impossible to find. My car window was broken when my car was stolen and because insurance companies are only picking up one month of rental car expenses, I was liable for the rest. I got hit with over 1500 dollars in charges from the rental car place that the collision place said they would pick up. Did they? Of course not.
It would have been cheaper to just abandon the car. Oh, 2013 and 2014 Hyundai owner.
I just looked up how freaking easy it is to steal a Kia. Pop the plastic cover off the steering wheel area and use a USB stick to simply turn the ignition to run. Wow. Stupid simple.
I wonder how many Kia owners know what “KIA” means in a military context?
A software upgrade addresses this.
Solution: Don’t live where the car stealers live. We have Kia’s everywhere and they don’t get stolen
What idiot would steal a Kia they look like what the name could stand for.
Killed

Your going to get the same time if you steal a KIA or a Rolls Royce.
