Stone constantly makes up BS, although given all the constant favoritism that Kissinger showed toward the Chicoms I would not be surprised if it were true.

Kissinger was a damned fool in many areas, especially in betraying our allies in SV Nam (I was there) when we were winning.
He was stupid over Red China. The late anti-communist writer Dr. Fred Schwarz wrote a book whose title was right on target, “You can trust the Communists to be Communists”.

I saw it on TV at the time and the video was out there for years. I don’t know if it’s still out there as of now.
