I have no problem believing most of that, except the idea that we humans now believe we can present any direct threat to these ET entities. They’ve been around far longer than we have. They probably already know how to move back and forth in this phenomenon we now call “time”.

The threat would be not so much that mankind could do substantial harm to ETs but that we are beginning to become capable of monitoring and frustrating their forays and manipulations of the human population. My guess is that high energy lasers and EMP type weapons near deployment for ordinary military purposes will also give some capability against UFOs. Even now, tech that is in civilian hands like magnetometers and scopes with night vision and multi-spectral imaging is thought to be able to detect UFOs.
