TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A massive crocodile that has been given the nickname “Croczilla” was spotted in the Florida Everglades.
The video was posted to social media, but it’s unclear what date the video of the encounter was taken.
The croc was taking in the sunshine.
The massive croc has appeared several times on Kymberly Clark’s Instagram account, which features wildlife and nature photography.
I don’t know that one....................
You see gator. I see boots, belt, purse and a
years worth of fried gator tail…
***********
Agree but don’t let them catch you as you’d
have a hard time enjoying dem booths while
locked up in the pen.
I’ll go get my measuring tape and you can go measure him.......Deal?......... 😎
What the hell is a Crocodile doing in Florida? I did not think they had them there. I had to look it up, and I guess they do.
Great.
There are 14’ gators in Okeefenokee Swamp.
Not that rare.
Been there, seen them, left...............
Yes, we have American Crocodiles.................
Probably. I don't remember it.
The Croc appeared on Kymberly Clark’s webpage.
Is that aka Kimberly Clark the Paper Queen?
That’s usually a good equity or stock to hold onto.
What’s the meanest animal in the world?
A crocogator.
What’s a crocogator?
It’s got the head of a crocodile on one end, and the head of an alligator on the other end.
If it’s got the head of a crocodile on one end, and the head of an alligator on the other end, how does it go to the bathroom?
That’s what makes it so mean!
I was completely unaware of that. My whole life I heard “There are no Crocodiles in North America, only Alligators...”
Good to know.
Thanks!
Crocs can’t take the cold, so they stay in the Everglades.
Alligators can and I’ve seen them as far north as North Carolina..............
You Yankee fellers see a large menacing beast.
We Floridians see a house pet.
You go up and stand next to him
My uncle had one that greeted him at the door most nights :) He thought nothing of it.
They do, but are fairly rare thank goodness. The last thing I would want, if able to do so, when out hunting 90 foot super anacondas is a super crocodile eyeing me from beneath the water onear a bank.
One super sized Animal at a time please!
North American Crocodiles are VERY endangered.
Most don’t get bigger than 6-8 feet.
This is a very rare natural specimen, endangered, and hopefully it remains protected.
We got plenty of Alligators....
Yankee?
I was born south of I-10 and raised in the great state of Mississippi. I have lived in Florida since I was 14 in 1969, except for when I was in the Marines or temporary jobs in other Southern states..................
