First of all why were three officers there in the first place?
Back in the old days if a patient in the Nervous Hospital got out out hand they just sent over two orderlies the size of NFL linebackers to hold him down while Dr. Everthinggonnabealright gave him a shot of booty juice to calm him down.
So why were the COPS there punching the mentally ill?
