Little sad here Thanksgiving my partner of 27 years died almost a year ago, she and I had a great life together.
Taking my family out to really nice Holiday Dinner on Friday so it will really be nice and cheery for me.

I will, mainly because I will not talk politics.
Half my extended family are Blue Dog Democrats. They put out the flag in national holidays. And they believe in the value of honest work. They also quite erroneously believe that today’s Democrat Party is still the party of Truman and JFK.
My gentle attempts to get them to see the truth have failed. So I will no longer go there. Instead, we will be exchanging little league stories and pierogi recipes.

No problems with my family... I spend it with the kids and grandkids either at their house or ours..we rotate. .
All very conservative and I wouldn’t have a liberal anywhere near me or the family. My friends are all conservative mostly veterans.
I don’t associate with liberals at all for the most part. Being retired helps!!
Got a liberal ass, social justice, BLM loving older brother but we’ve only spoken once since about 2008. That’s fine with me.
