Just a b.s. narrative to get more students to go to cal state schools. The staff at the univ. are gonna be cut when enrollment is down, and they are nervous. People are leaving ca. And college enrollments are down cause many of the schools offer majors in subjects that will not get a student a job...and Calif. is dying... chico state IS a rural college....all those questions asked could be answered on the internet. Don’t need no administrator to field questions like that.
