Health....and they have ruled against we, the people.

New York once again has the dubious distinction of being labeled “the least free state” in America, according to a report issued by libertarian-leaning think tank The Cato Institute.
The Empire State ranked dead last — 50th — for policies impacting economic, social and personal freedoms in 2022, the report claims.

thus paving the way to forcibly incarcerate any NYS citizen who resists the Governor/ and her Health Department whatever they wish to bring up charges without "due process".
This is the same Health Department that wants to rule on firearms possession as a 'health issue'.
Maybe the next week this program is enacted,it will be charging persons who are in political opposition to the ruling party ?
You can legally sue, but that requires the services of a costly lawyer to regain your freedom, after the fact, after incarceration.
Tell that to the J6 political prisoners held in Washington (!!), who are held in isolation, solitary confinement, with minimal visitation and allowed very few phone calls.
This is such a potentially egregious violating as to defy all Constitutional rights and values.
