Around here, eagles will grab a cat or small dog. Wolves will get a dog of any size that wanders off. One downside of low human population density.
No coyotes though.

"No coyotes though." We never used to have coyotes, but with all the development over the last 30 years they have become less fearful of people. That's what got our pup.
