Hard to believe it was her first and only movie. She was so good. I met Gregory Peck waiting in line to go up the millionaires row at Churchill Downs on Derby Day one year. I asked him if I could take his picture. When he replied I melted!! lol His voice was amazing. Its why he was so great in movies. And its one of my favorite movies and book also.

Honestly never heard of that, but then I like standing down
in the mob scene near the rail with “my” peeps (at Santa Anita that is).
