Discharging a firearm in city limits is frowned upon by the local constable, but I have these “22-quiet” shells that are lower powered 22 rounds that are fairly quiet. In the winter, or whenever people have their windows closed, a couple of shots won’t draw much attention.
LOL, frowned on in TN means you can probably get away with it. I’m in the middle of nowhere back in the hills and nobody pays any attention to gun shots.
Now, setting off Tannerite to blow up stumps gets some attention from neighbors a couple of miles away, but nobody really cares. You just warn them on the community Facebook page and it’s all good.
