I’ve heard a lot of reports that they’re married. Putin and his wife Ludmilla have been divorced for years. She’s filthy rich and married a gorgeous guy 20 years younger than her. Why shouldn’t Putin get remarried? Or be in a relationship?

It will be interesting to see how this unfolds.
I suspect Putin is dead and the efforts to fill the void (and survive) are playing out behind the scenes.
