In this Case I suspect that the Government of Thailand, with which we are not currently at war, would politely request that I sit on my chair on the beach with my Daiquiri or umbrella drink and enjoy the view. (And this I would do!)
I was never rubbery enough to sniggle up an upside down rock. If I really had to get to the top of that thing standard procedure would be to drill a few blast holes in the bottom and dynamite it down where I could bulldoze it flat. Same with that big rock in the background. should be turned into gravel after everybody gets thru taking pics of it.
