L.J. What should happen is that we declare that Hamas leaders engaged in fraud when they converted U.S. supplied humanitarian funds to military purposes.

We should then demand that any bank that holds Hamas funds freeze the funds which we will then claw back.

Then we should then place a request with interpol to arrest those leaders and send them to the U.S. for trial, or better yet, to the Hague. (It might take 10 or 12 years for the world court to actually do anthing. )

I know, I can hear the chorus of "It isn't going to happen." At the very least the first should happen.
