Bullshit! Abortion is the murder in the first degree of a human being.
That language now authorizes abortion at ANY time based upon personal decision. And it doesn’t restrict that right to adults. And if a child wants an abortion the language doesn’t require parental consent or even parental notification. And those rights are not restricted to abortion. Presumably it extents to addadictamies, chopadicktomies, breast removals, hormone treatments, etcetera… with no mention of age or parental notification.

The vote PUTS IT IN THE OHIO CONSTITUTION. No Ohio judge can strike it down.
That hasn’t stopped judges before with Conservative measures.
