Some yeas ago We had a HUGE fox that was running through our neighborhood bothering our animals— I bought a SWS (Spanish) pellet rifle...

The funny thing is I purchased it from The Bullethole which WAS directly across the street (Peach St. I think) from an elementary school in Bozeman, MT. It is gone now and the building is home to a hairdresser...

The answer is obvious. “shall not be infringed”. Any reasonable interpretation of that phase would conclude that ALL “gun control” laws are unConstitutional. Period.
