You learn what you are taught.
Inner city criminals are taught that their crimes do not matter. Commit a misdemeanor, and you’re not arrested. Commit a felony, and you’re released with no bond. Get convicted of a felony, and you’re released on probation.
So why not step it up a bit? Move up from petty theft to armed robbery. And any innocents hurt or murdered along the way, who cares about them?
I really do not see how this can be solved, short of serious vigilante action.
And then of course the full weight of the law will come down on the vigilantes.

It lies west of I-294, does not share a border with Chicago, and there are three other municipalities between it and Chicago.
Nevertheless, as Chicago continues its collapse, the effects will continue to be felt there.

A single mom of two in the Chicago suburbs was killed Saturday at a Chase Bank ATM.
And she likely voted Dem, even after death, on Tuesday.
